1969 Dodge Charger Captiv
The latest creation from custom car builders Ringbrothers has emerged, and it’s a yellow and black 69 Charger. Dubbed “Captiv,” this restomod was brought over from Australia to Wisconsin to undergo it’s transformation for ex-touring car racer and TV personality Greg Murphy.
Under the hood is a Hellcat Hemi crate engine developing 707 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque, that has been paired with a Tremec six-speed manual transmission. The Captiv features bespoke HRE wheels covered in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires measuring 19-inch up front and 20-inch down back. Other notable goodies include a QA1 carbon-fiber driveshaft, John’s Industries’ 9-inch rear end, adjustable dampers, Baer six-piston brakes and a Flowmaster exhaust.
