2015 Suzuki iM-4 Concept

This mini SUV from Suzuki will find its way into production, though it's expected to differ somewhat in appearance from the concept. Hopefully they'll keep some of the best ideas like the novel headlight design.

The iM-4 is powered by an SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) mild hybrid system with an ISG (integrated starter generator) that provides enging power assistance on demand as well as regeneration from the braking system. Suzuki feels this combination is ideal on a compact car where weight and cost are major factors, and they have a point.

The 4WD and 18 inch wheels with high ground clearance make this capable for mild offroad use and snowy pavement.
